民国时期安徽茶业重点问题研究综述

摘　　要：安徽省产茶历史悠久,茶叶是安徽最重要的农产品之一,远销海内外。文章综述近20年来,学界对于民国时期安徽茶业的研究,在茶叶贸易、茶业衰落原因及茶业改良运动、徽州茶商等方面取得丰硕成果,不仅引入了其他学科的研究方法,而且更注重微观层面的个案分析,但同时存在对于皖西茶业的关注稍显不够,比较研究较少,视野不够开阔等一些不足。在此基础上提出加强对皖西茶业经济的深入考察,区域间的比较分析,茶业经济与地方发展的双向关系等是今后研究的重要方向。Tea production in Anhui province has a long history.Tea is one of the most important agricultural products in Anhui sold at home and abroad.In the past 20 years,great achievements made in the tea trade,the reasons for the decline of the tea industry,the tea industry reform movement,the tea merchants of Huizhou in Anhui during the Republic of China period were summarized.It not only introduced the research methods of other disciplines,but also paid more attention to the case analysis at the micro level.However,there were some deficiencies in these studies,Such as insufficient attention to the tea industry in Western Anhui,less comparative study,and insufficient vision.The deep investigation of tea industry economy in Western Anhui,the comparative analysis between regions and the two-way relationship between tea industry economy and local development are important directions for future research.
