摘 要:预应力锚杆通常采用穿心式千斤顶、拉伸机、扭力扳手等机具进行张拉施工,其中使用扭力扳手进行锚杆的张拉最为便捷。因预应力锚杆的设计规格不尽相同,针对不同规格的预应力锚杆,需要对扭力扳手进行率定,以便确定扭力扳手测定的扭矩与锚杆张拉力的换算关系,以保证预应力锚杆的张拉力满足设计要求。本文就扭力扳手在预应力锚杆张拉时,模仿预应力锚杆张拉原理,通过万能试验机确定扭矩与张拉力之间的对应关系,较好地解决了扭矩与张拉力之间的对应关系。The pre-stressed anchor bolt is usually tensioned by means of through jack,tensioning machine and torque wrench etc.,of which the torque wrench is the most convenient tool.In view of pre-stressed anchor bolts of different indexes,calibration of torque wrench is required to confirm the conversion relation between the torque measured with wrench and the anchor tension,and ensure the tension of pre-stressed anchor bolt meets the design requirement.When the pre-stressed anchor bolt is to be tensioned with torque wrench,imitating the tensioning principle of pre-stressed bolt,the relationship between torque and tensioning force was determined by universal testing machine.
