摘  要:龙滩水电站是红水河开发的骨干控制性水利工程,具有调度、防洪、发电、航运等综合利用效益。分析2020年汛期龙滩水电站3次洪水过程中对西江流域的拦洪调蓄影响,削峰率分别达到了93%、61%、90.1%,实现了拦洪错峰、减轻西江中下游防洪压力以及保证枯季珠江水量调度、洪水资源化的作用,为西江流域防灾减灾提供数据分析,同时也能为下游梯级电站的优化调度实施打下基础。Longtan Hydropower Station is the key control water conservancy project of Hongshui River incorporating comprehensive benefits of dispatch,flood control,power generation and navigation.Analysis was made on the flood regulation and storage impact of Longtan Hydropower Station for Xijiang River basin during the three times of floods occurred in the flood season of 2020.The peak clipping rates reached 93%,61%and 90.1%respectively.Longtan Hydropower Station realized its function of flood detention and peak shifting,alleviated the flood control pressure in the middle and lower reaches of Xijiang River,ensured the water regulation and flood resources utilization in the Pearl River in dry season.The results of analysis provide data for flood control and disaster alleviation in Xijiang River basin,and also lay a foundation for the optimal operation of downstream cascades of hydropower stations.
