绳锯切割配合破碎锤在岩石开挖中的应用

摘　　要：在禁爆区采用绳锯切割机结合破碎锤开挖岩石的施工方法,是先用绳锯切割机把岩体切割成一块块大岩石,然后再用破碎锤进行破碎分解,经切割后,大块石破碎分解难度大大降低,破碎效率也大大提高,且噪音及粉尘污染也明显降低,比传统静态爆破开挖方法,绳锯切割机结合破碎锤开挖成本也相应降低,操作简便,安全高效,施工工期也明显缩短。文章介绍了绳锯施工的原理特点和方法。In the forbidden blasting area,the rock mass is cut into large pieces of rock with rope saw cutting machine before breaking hammer is used for rock decomposition,which greatly reduce the difficulty of rock crushing,improve the stone breaking efficiency,significantly lower the noise and dust pollution as well as excavation cost,permits simple and convenient operation,safe and efficient construction and shorter construction period compared with traditional static blasting excavation method.An introduction was made on the principle,features and method of rope saw construction.
