摘 要:以复合式冷却塔为分析对象,基于冷却塔热质交换原理及能量守恒方程,结合冷却塔传热性能评价指标,分析了复合式冷却塔过渡季节三种运行模式的工作性能,实验结果表明:在室外空气干球温度24.3℃,湿球温度17.0℃的气象条件下,复合式冷却塔以干湿盘管复合串联运行时,冷却效果最好,冷却水进出口温差最大可以达到4.68℃,冷却效率最大可以达到39%。以翅片管与光管换热器串联空冷运行时冷却效果最差,冷却水进出口温差最大值仅为1.02℃。以闭式冷却塔运行时,冷却水进出口温度最大值为4.03℃,但能效系数在三种模式中最大,因此更为节能。This paper investigated the hybrid cooling tower with packing,and analyzed the performance of three operation modes of hybrid cooling tower in transition based on principle for heat and mass transfer and energy conservation equation of cooling tower,and evaluation index of heat transfer performance of cooling tower.The result indicated that under the meteorological conditions of the outdoor air dry bulb temperature of 24.3℃ and wet bulb temperature of 17.0℃,the cooling effect was the best when the hybrid cooling tower runs in series with dry and wet coils,the maximum temperature difference between inlet and outlet of cooling water can reach 4.68℃,and the maximum cooling efficiency can reach 39%;the cooling effect of the compound closed cooling tower was the worst when the finned tube and light tube heat exchanger were used in series air cooling,the maximum temperature difference between inlet and outlet of cooling water can reach only 1.02℃;when the hybrid cooling tower was operated as a closed cooling tower,the maximum temperature difference between inlet and outlet of cooling water can reach 4.03℃,but the efficiency factor was the highest of three models,so it was more energy efficient.
