摘 要:煤气化细渣的有效利用一直是煤化工领域的棘手问题,其难点在于烧失量大、水分含量高、可燃性差。为有效地对气化细渣进行资源化利用,本研究设计了气流床细渣残碳燃烧中试装置,其采用独特的隔热回转窑+两段式燃烧炉。实验结果表明,中试装置的效果显著,煤气化细渣燃烧时炉膛温度可以稳定保持在900~1100℃之间,燃烧反应的烧失量分别随着炉膛温度和停留时间的增大而减小。此外,对燃烧的副产品进行检测,结果表明,副产品定位为一级粉煤灰,可用于建材、化工、肥料等行业。Effective utilization of coal gasification fine slag has been a tough issue in the coal chemical industry.The difficulty lies in its high carbon loss during combustion,high moisture content and poor combustibility.For the purpose of effective resource utilization of the gasification fine slag,this study designs a pilot plant for the combustion of fine slag on an entrained-flow bed,with a unique thermal insulated rotary kiln and a two-stage combustion furnace.The experiment results indicated remarkable effect of the pilot plant,where the furnace temperature can be stably kept between 900 and 1100℃during combustion of the coal gasification fine slag.Carbon loss during combustion decreases as the furnace temperature or retention time goes up.In addition,the by-products of combustion were tested and classified as first-class fly ash,which can be used in such industries as construction materials,chemicals and fertilizers.
