摘 要:氟是人体重要的微量元素,其在土壤环境中含量过高或缺乏均会导致人体内氟含量失调,影响人体健康。大量含氟废水被排入地下水体,氟垃圾被直接掩埋,会严重污染土地资源,造成地方性氟中毒。对土壤中氟含量的测定与管控十分必要。基于碱熔离子选择性电极法,设计了使用碱熔离子选择性电极法测定土壤中氟化钙含量的实验,并分析了该实验在过程中可能影响实验结果的相关因素。Fluorine is an important trace element in the human body,but when its content in the soil environment is too high or too low,it will disturb the fluoride content in human body and affect human health.Large amount of fluoride-containing wastewater discharged into the underground water body,and fluoride-containing waste buried directly,can cause serious pollution on land resources and lead to endemic fluorosis.In this sense,determination and control of fluoride content in the soil is imperative.Adopting the alkali fusion ion selective electrode method,the paper designs an experiment to quantify the calcium fluoride content in the soil,and analyzes relevant factors that may interfere the results during the experiment.
