摘  要:筒体是压力容器的主要受压元件,筒体直径的偏差直接影响到其与封头或法兰等对接环焊缝的错边量,同时对于部分有内件的设备将直接影响内件的安装,甚至影响内件的工艺性能。因此,在制作筒体时应严格控制筒体直径偏差。由于钢材具有一定的延展性,故在卷制成形后很难保证筒体的直径没有偏差,尤其是在卷制厚壁筒体时,这种情况更为明显。通过分析卷制筒体直径偏差产生的原因,得出了厚壁筒体卷制成形直径偏差控制的办法。The cylinder is a main pressure component of the pressure vessel,and its diameter deviation can directly affect its unfitness of butt joint with the gland or flange,or installation of internals,and even the process performance of internals.As a result,deviation of the cylinder diameter should be strictly controlled in manufacturing the cylinder.Ductility of steel makes it hard to avoid any deviation of the cylinder diameter during coiling,especially when the cylinder is thick-walled,where deviation is even more obvious.Methods of controlling the diameter deviation in coiling thick-walled cylinder is obtained through analyzing the causes of diameter deviation of the coiled cylinder.
