摘 要:以阔叶箬竹1年生植株为母株,以泥炭、发酵谷壳、珍珠岩、椰糠和林地表土不同体积比例的混合基质为容器育苗基质,开展阔叶箬竹分株容器苗培育试验。结果表明:不同基质配比各处理间新叶数、最大叶长和叶宽均有极显著差异(P<0.01),其中以泥炭、发酵谷壳、珍珠岩、椰糠、林地表土配比为4∶10∶4∶2∶80的处理(处理Ⅱ)最利于新叶萌发和生长。不同基质配比的处理间成活率差异不显著(P>0.05),以泥炭、发酵谷壳、珍珠岩、椰糠、林地表土配比为16∶40∶16∶8∶20处理(处理Ⅳ)的成活率最高,达98.7%。新竹萌发数集中在0~2株·钵^(-1),处理IV中萌发2株·钵^(-1)的钵数占总钵数的比例最高,达38.2%。不同基质配比各处理间新竹萌发率没有显著差异(P>0.05),但以处理IV的萌发率最高,达57.0%。不同基质配比各处理间的新鞭数、新鞭长、新鞭率以及新鞭单鞭生物量有显著或极显著差异,其中新鞭数和新鞭率以处理Ⅳ的最高,而新鞭鞭长和单鞭生物量均以泥炭、发酵谷壳、珍珠岩、椰糠、林地表土配比为10∶25∶10∶5∶50处理(处理Ⅲ)的最大。综上所述,利于地上部分生长与地下部分生长的最佳基质配比不一致,建议选择泥炭、发酵谷壳、珍珠岩、椰糠、林地表土体积比例为16∶40∶16∶8∶20的混合基质作为阔叶箬竹容器育苗基质。One-year-old mother ramets of Indocalamus latifoliuswere subject to containerized cultivation,which of the mixed mediums with various volume ratios of peat,fermenting rice hull,perlite,coconut chaff and forest topsoil were studied.The results showed that the leaf number,length and willth of maxium leaf had highly significant difference among the medium treatments(P<0.01).The cultivating mediummade up by peat,fermenting rice hull,perlite,coconut chaff and forest topsoil with proportion of 4:10:4:2:80(II treatment)was most conducive to new leaves growth,while no si gnificant difference to survival rate among the medium treatments(P>0.05).The peat,femmenting rice hull,perlite,coconut chaff and forest topsoil with proportion of 16:40:16:8:20(IV treatment)had the highest survival rate with 98.7%.Most of sprouting containers had mainly 0~2 individuals,and the highest ratio of 2 sprouts was found in IV treatment with 38.2%.The sprouting ratio among treatments had no significant difference(P>0.05).However,IV treatment also had the highest ratio,of 57.0%.The traits among treatments had highly significant difference,therein IV treatment had the highest values of new rhizome number and sprouting ratio.Both of the highest rhizome length and biggest biomass of singler hizome were III treatment(10:25:10:5:50).The results revealed inconsi stent aboveground and belowground inconsistent traits between abouegroind and bctougrounel cultivated by various medium-ratios.It was.suggested that the mixed-medium consisted by peat,fermenting rice hull,perlite,coconut chaff and forest topsoil with ratio of 16:40:16:8:20 should be applied to thecontainer cultivation of I.latifolius ramets.
