摘　　要：日本物料搬运机械行业的发展历史源于明治初期对欧洲起重机技术的学习,通过引进消化和创新提升,逐步走上自主发展之路并最终在多产品领域领先世界。总结日本物料搬运机械行业150多a的发展历程,通过数据定量分析和评价各发展阶段的总体规模、产品结构和发展趋势,可以为我国物料搬运机械行业更加科学理性规划行业未来的产品、规模、布局、政策和发展战略提供借鉴,避免盲目开发、盲目投资和预测性失误,进一步促进行业持久发展。文中首先介绍了日本物料搬运机械国产化的历史背景和行业初期的发展历史,其次,将近半个多世纪日本物料搬运机械行业的发展过程分为增长期和动荡期两大阶段,分别分析了2个阶段的发展历程和宏观经济状况对行业发展的影响,最后简要介绍了日本主要物料搬运机械行业企业的发展历史和代表性产品的迭代过程。Japan's material handling machinery industry originated from the early Meiji period,that is,it began to learn European crane technology,and gradually embarked on the road of independent development through introduction,digestion and innovation,and finally took the lead in many product fields in the world.In this paper,the development history of Japan's material handling machinery industry for more than 150 years is summarized,and the overall scale,product structure and development trend of each development stage are quantitatively analyzed and evaluated by using data,which can provide reference for China's material handling machinery industry on how to plan future products,scale,layout,policies and development strategies more scientifically and rationally,avoid blind development,blind investment and predictive mistakes,and further promote the sustainable development of the industry.Firstly,the historical background and initial development of Japanese material handling machinery industry were introduced.Secondly,the development process of Japanese material handling machinery industry for nearly half a century was divided into two stages:growth period and turbulence period.The influences of the two stages and macroeconomic conditions on the future development of the industry were analyzed respectively.Finally,the development history of major Japanese material handling machinery industry enterprises and the iterative process of representative products were briefly introduced.
