摘 要:转向机构作为剪叉式高空作业平台中的关键机构,在车辆行驶转向、狭小空间转运中起到至关重要的作用。针对市场某型号剪叉车转向卡滞问题,通过Pro/E机构仿真、转向误差灵敏度分析对转向卡滞问题进行研究,得出转向卡滞的问题原因为转向液压缸设计推力不足。转向机构的制造误差积累也会导致转向所需推力增加,转向推力预留量不足时会造成转向卡滞。Pro/E机构仿真结果基本符合实际工况,进而证实此基于Pro/E机构仿真的转向卡滞分析方法可有效地对类似问题进行分析论证,可作为剪叉式高空作业平台转向结构设计的参考方法。As the key mechanism of scissor-type aerial work platform,steering mechanism plays a vital role in vehicle steering and cargo transfer in narrow space.Aiming at the steering jam problem of a certain type of scissor forklift in the market,this paper analyzes the steering jam problem through Pro/E mechanism simulation and steering error sensitivity analysis.After analysis,it is found that the steering hydraulic cylinder has insufficient design thrust.The accumulation of manufacturing error of steering mechanism will also lead to the increase of required thrust,and when the steering thrust reserve is insufficient,the steering will be stuck.The simulation results of Pro/E mechanism are basically consistent with the actual working conditions,which further proves that the analysis method of steering jam based on Pro/E mechanism simulation can effectively analyze and demonstrate similar problems,and can be used as a reference method for steering structure design of scissor-type aerial work platform.
