摘 要:文中针对深中通道施工作业中锚碇基础开挖量大、塔高索鞍重、缆载起重机安装困难等问题,通过对施工工况及作业流程的分析,基于装备功能多元化的设计理念,提出了一种集配合渣斗锚碇开挖、吊装主散索鞍、安装缆索起重功能于一体的多功能悬臂门架结构。结合实际工程需求,将门架设计为装配式结构形式,并通过有限元软件对门架极限工况下的强度和刚度进行仿真分析。计算结果表明,多功能悬臂门架结构强度、刚度均合格。最后,在锚碇开挖的作业中对多功能悬臂门架进行应用和应力监测,结果表明,多功能悬臂门架结构强度合格。多功能悬臂门架在深中通道的成功应用,对同类悬索桥施工临时结构设计具有重要的参考和借鉴意义。In this paper,for the problems of large amount of excavation of anchor foundation,heavy cable saddle of tower height,difficulty in installation of cable-loaded crane,etc.in the construction of deep Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge,through the analysis of construction conditions and operation flow,based on the design concept of diversified equipment functions,a design of multifunctional cantilever portal structure is put forward,which integrates the functions of digging anchor of slag bucket,hoisting main cable saddle and installing cable hoisting.Combined with the actual engineering requirements,the prefabricated portal frame is adopted,and the strength and stiffness of the portal frame under the ultimate working condition are simulated and analyzed by finite element software.The calculation results show that the structural strength and stiffness of the multifunctional cantilever portal frame meet the requirements.Finally,the application and stress monitoring of the multifunctional cantilever portal frame are carried out in the excavation of anchorage.The results show that the structural strength of the multi-functional cantilever portal frame meets the requirements.The successful application of multifunctional cantilever portal frame in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge has important reference significance for the design of temporary structures of similar suspension bridges.
