摘　　要：[研究目的]在国家安全学被列为一级学科的时代背景下,通过对国家安全法基础理论之梳理,有助于实现对国家安全法学的科学认知,并健全国家安全法学的理论体系。[研究方法]以研究场域、法学性质、学科归属为三重维度,对国家安全法学做出解构。[研究结论]在场域面向上,国家安全法学应该保持开放性研究场域;在规范集成上,国家安全法学应被定义为领域法学;在学科归属上,国家安全法学适宜被列为国家安全学一级学科下的二级学科。[Research purpose]Under the background that national security is listed as a first-level discipline,through combing the basic theory of national security law,we can achieve a scientific cognition of national security law and perfect the theoretical system of national security legal science.[Research methods]Taking research field,legal nature and discipline attribution as the three dimensions,we can deconstruct the national security legal science.[Research conclusion]In terms of field orientation,the national security legal science should maintain an open research field.In terms of normative integration,it should be defined as domain legal science.In terms of discipline attribution,it is suitable to be listed as a secondary discipline under the primary discipline of national security.
