摘　　要：以重庆地区为例,开展了传统木结构的应用及运维现状的大范围实地调研活动。对走访时考察得到的结构型式、基础做法、墙体做法、屋面做法及节点做法进行了分类梳理;同时,记录并讨论了调研过程中发现的结构缺陷或隐患;通过资料收集,对现有技术标准中针对传统木结构的设计计算、维护加固等规定进行了探讨。调研结果表明:相关研究成果及技术标准亟待完善,传统木结构具有鲜明的地域特点,建议相关的研究工作、标准制定工作可立足于当地特色开展,加大对相关研究及标准制定的支持力度,加强对相关工程实施过程中的技术流程管理、质量管控等。Based on the case of Chongqing,a large-scale field investigation was carried out on the application,operation and maintenance status of traditional wood structures.The structure types,and practices for foundations,walls,roofs and nodes gained through the investigation were observed and presented;meanwhile,the structural defects or potential hazards found in the investigation process were recorded and discussed;through data collection,the provisions on design calculation,maintenance and reinforcement of traditional wood structures in the existing technical standards were discussed as well.The research results showed that relevant research achievements and technical standards on traditional wood structures need to be improved,which show distinct regional features.It is suggested that related research work and standard formulation work should be based on local realities and call for more support while strengthening management in the technical process and quality during the implementation process of relevant projects.
