摘　　要：在新建工程施工过程中,由于各种原因经常会出现混凝土强度严重偏低或不密实、疏松、离析等质量缺陷,导致钢筋混凝土柱的承载力不能满足后续正常使用要求,需要采取措施进行加固处理。考虑到高层住宅建筑中钢筋混凝土柱的竖向内力通常较大,且加固方案不能影响建筑后续使用,经过多方案比选,提出了一种整体置换混凝土加固法。该方法在原框架柱旁新增托换钢柱,由新增托换钢柱作为临时支撑承担原框架柱的内力,保障高强无收缩灌浆料整体置换缺陷混凝土时的结构安全性;施工过程中基于智能监测系统,实时监测加固中受影响构件的内力、变形等情况,以保证结构安全。该文结合工程案例,分析了整体置换混凝土法加固高层住宅建筑中钢筋混凝土柱的设计方法、施工顺序及技术要求等,加固效果良好,可为类似工程加固设计及施工方案选取提供参考。During the construction of new projects,for various reasons,the concrete may show quality defects like seriously lowstrength,low density,segregation and so forth,causing the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete columns to be unable to meet the subsequent normal use requirements,and measures need to be taken for reinforcement.Considering that the vertical internal force of reinforced concrete columns in high-rise residential buildings is usually great,and the reinforcement scheme can not affect the subsequent use of the building,an integral replacement for concrete reinforcement was proposed after comparison and selection of multiple schemes.With this method,a new underpinning steel column is added adjacent to the original frame column and used as a temporary support to bear the internal force of the latter,so as to ensure the structural safety when the high-strength non-shrinkage grout is used to replace the defective concrete as a whole.During the construction process,based on the intelligent monitoring system,the internal force and deformation of the affected components in the reinforcement are checked in real time to ensure the structural safety.Combined with engineering cases,this paper expounded the design method,construction sequence and technical requirements of the integral concrete replacement method for reinforcement of concrete columns in high-rise residential buildings.The reinforcement effect is remarkable,which can be used as a reference for the reinforcement design and construction scheme of similar projects.
