摘 要:“双碳”背景下,固体废弃物的综合利用问题受到广泛关注。在公路建设领域对固体废弃物进行综合利用,能够有效减少对筑路材料的使用,对促进交通运输绿色发展具有重要意义。本文针对当前我国固废产量及综合利用现状进行分析,梳理了交通运输行业近期出台的促进固废综合利用的相关政策措施,结合当前行业应用实例,系统剖析了固废综合利用中存在的问题,并提出了针对性对策建议。Under the“double-carbon”background,the comprehensive utilization of solid waste has been widely concerned.Solid waste is comprehensively utilized in highway construction,which can effectively reduce the use of main road materials.Comprehensive utilization of solid waste plays an important role in promoting green development of transportation.The current production and application of solid waste in China are analyzed in this paper.Relevant policies and measures to promote comprehensive utilization of solid waste recently issued by the transportation industry are sorted out.Combined with the current industrial application examples,the problems existing in the comprehensive utilization of solid waste are systematically analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
