摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了催化剂CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MS,对以其活化过一硫酸盐(PMS)处理重要染料中间体废水6-硝氧体废水进行了研究。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱仪(FTIR)对催化剂进行表征。系统研究了PMS投量、催化剂投量、初始pH和反应温度对CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MS/PMS体系处理6-硝氧体废水的影响。结果表明:CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MS/PMS催化体系对6-硝氧体废水COD降解效果显著;6-硝氧体废水COD降解率随PMS投量先增加后减少,随催化剂投量和温度的增加而增加;6-硝氧体废水COD降解在强酸性条件下效果最好,在强碱性条件下效果大幅降低。在实际废水处理时,选择PMS投量12 g/L、催化剂投量0.5 g/L,在常温(25℃)下无需调pH,反应60 min内对6-硝氧体废水的COD降解率可达99.84%。实验结果可为非均相过渡金属催化剂活化PMS处理萘磺酸类染料废水提供参考。The catalyst CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MS was prepared by the sol-gel method,and the treatment of important dye intermediate 6-nitrite wastewater with activated peroxymonosulfate(PMS)was studied.The catalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrometer(FTIR).The effects of PMS dosage,catalyst dosage,initial pH and reaction temperature on the treatment of 6-nitrite wastewater by the CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MS/PMS system were systematically studied.The results showed that the CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MS/PMS catalytic system had a significant effect on the COD degradation of 6-nitrite wastewater;the COD degradation rate of 6-nitrite wastewater first increased and then decreased with the PMS dosage,and increased with the increase of the catalyst dosage and temperature.The COD degradation of 6-nitrite wastewater had the best effect under strong acid conditions,but the effect was greatly reduced under strongly alkaline conditions.In the actual wastewater treatment,the COD degradation rate of 6-nitrite wastewater within 60 minutes of reaction reached to 99.84%when the PMS dosage was 12 g/L,with catalyst dosage of 0.5 g/L and no adjustment of pH at room temperature(25°C).The experimental results can provide references for the treatment of naphthalenesulfonic acid dye wastewater by activated PMS with heterogeneous transition metal catalyst.
