摘 要:氨氮是水体污染主要原因之一,单一菌常常难以有效去除。本研究从活性污泥中分离筛选出一株氨氮去除能力强的异养硝化细菌(Aquabacterium olei)。探究该菌株硝化特性,并优化菌株接种方式与培养方式。将该异养硝化细菌XTT与好氧反硝化菌LX 1-3混合培养共同处理医药污水,通过优化复合菌株培养方式、配比后,其氨氮去除率明显提高。当XTT与LX 1-3以1:3的比例接种,摇床培养84 h后,氨氮去除率高达95.6%。结果表明复合菌在污水处理方面有重要意义及应用前景。Ammonia nitrogen is one of the main reasons for water pollution and it is often difficult effective treating by a single bacterium.In this study,a heterotrophic nitrifying bacterium(Aquabacterium olei)with strong ammonia removal ability was isolated from activated sludge.The nitrification characteristics of the strain were investigated and the inoculation and cultivation methods were further optimized.The heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria XTT and the aerobic denitrifying bacteria LX 1-3 are mixed and cultivated to treat medical and chemical wastewater,based on this,the cultivation method of the composite strain and the ratio were further optimized,which resulted in a significant improvement of ammonia nitrogen removal rate.When XTT and LX 1-3 were inoculated at a ratio of 1:3 and cultured in a shaker for 84 hours,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was as high as 95.6%.The results show that the compound bacteria have important significance and application prospects in sewage treatment.
