摘 要:本研究在序批式活性污泥反应器中探究了污泥停留时间(SRT)对新型后置反硝化工艺脱氮除磷的影响。结果表明SRT能影响新型后置反硝化工艺污泥特征,脱氮除磷效率及微生物种群相对丰度。当SRT为15 d时,挥发性悬浮固体/总悬浮固体为0.74,污泥体积指数为106.2 mL/g。营养盐去除分析表明当SRT为15 d,化学需氧量(COD)、总氮(TN)、溶解性磷酸盐(SOP)去除效率为91.2%、78.5%和91.2%,显著高于其他组别。SRT能影响胞内聚合物聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)的合成,当SRT为15 d时,PHA合成量最大为1.68 mmol/g。微生物群落结构分析表明SRT为15 d时,Protebacteria及Bacteroidetes的相对丰度最大且分别为42.3%和12.3%。The effect of SRT on the new post denitrification process for nitrogen and phosphorus removal denitrification removal was studied in a sequencing batch reactor.The results showed that SRT could affect the characteristics of sludge,the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and the relative abundance of microbial community.When SRT was 15 d,VSS/TSS was 0.74,which was significantly higher than other groups.The SVI was 106.2 mL/g.The analysis of nutrient removal showed that when SRT was 15 d,the removal efficiency of COD,TN and SOP was 91.2%,78.5%and 91.2%,respectively,significantly higher than other groups.SRT can affect the synthesis of PHA.When SRT was 15 d,the maximum amount of PHA synthesis was 1.68 mmol/g.The analysis of microbial community structure showed that when SRT was 15 d,the relative abundances of Protebacteria and Bacteroides were 42.3%and 12.3%respectively.
