摘 要:为解决深圳茅洲河支流沙井河黑臭水体治理过程中用地紧张、水体污染严重等难题,以亲水性聚氨酯基高分子组合材料为填料,设计了处理量20 m^(3)/d的两级生物接触氧化装置,就地分级处理黑臭水就地补水。实验结果表明,在进水COD最高值达到350 mg/L,NH_(3)-N最高值达到40 mg/L的条件下,该工艺对COD和氨氮的去除率分别为71.9%、87.5%,出水水质可稳定达到一级A标准,COD和氨氮的地表水IV类水达标率分别为74.0%和96.0%。一级生物接触氧化池主要去除COD,二级生物接触氧化池主要去除氨氮。装置总水力停留时间仅为3.3 h,具有占地省、出水稳定的特点,为后续实际工程应用提供了经验借鉴。In order to solve the problem of land shortage and serious water pollution in the treatment of Shajing River,the branch of Maozhou River,a two-stage Biological Contact Oxidation device with a treatment capacity of 20 m^(3)/d was designed,and was used for on-site grading treatment of black odorous water and on-site water replenishing,with hydrophilic polyurethane-based polymer composite material as filler.The results show that the removal rate of COD and NH_(3)-N are 71.9%and 87.5%respectively,when the highest COD and NH_(3)-N of influent are 350 mg/L and 40 mg/L.The effluent quality stably reaches the first class a standard,and the standard reaching rates of COD and NH_(3)-N in class IV surface water are 74.0%and 96.0%respectively.The primary biological contact oxidation cell mainly removes COD and the secondary biological contact oxidation cell mainly removes ammonia nitrogen.The total HRT is only 3.3 hours,the device had the characteristics of small occupation and stable effluent,and it provides experience for the follow-up practical engineering application.
