摘 要:某填埋场圾渗滤液采用“预处理+卷式物料膜+DTRO/STRO+MTRO”工艺,为减低各工艺单元的结垢风险,采用“化学软化+管式超滤膜设备(TUF)+板框压滤”工艺进行预处理,并考察泥饼成型效果。通过小试及中试实验,探究最优化学加药方案、除硬效果、COD去除率、TUF运行参数、膜污染的种类以及回流管路优化。结果表明,化学软化的最优加药方案为投加5000 mg/L的Ca(OH)_(2)、4000 mg/L的Na_(2)CO_(3),其中总硬、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、COD的去除率为51.7%、85.7%、20.0%、30%;TUF运行时控制83.3%的回收率,稳定膜通量为75~85 L/(m^(2)·h),污染周期大于3.2 d,超滤膜污染主要为有机物污染,其超滤膜外排的浓缩液能有效通过板框压滤形成泥饼,残渣量为15.0 kg/t水;污泥罐上清液回流至TUF进料罐会加速膜通量衰减,板框滤液回流至TUF进料罐能提高膜通量。该研究结果可为垃圾渗滤液预处理工艺的优化与应用提供参考。A landfill leachate used the"pretreatment+roll material membrane+DTRO/STRO+MTRO"process.In order to reduce the risk of scaling in each process unit,the"chemical softening+TUF+Plate-and-frame filter press"process is used for pretreatment and the effect of mud cake forming is investigated.Through small-scale and pilot-scale experiments,explore the optimal chemical dosing scheme,hardening effect,COD removal rate,TUF operating parameters,types of membrane pollution,and optimization of return pipelines.The results show that the optimal dosing program for chemical softening is to add 5000 mg/L Ca(OH)_(2),4000 mg/L Na_(2)CO_(3),and the removal rates of total hardness,Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),COD are 51.7%,85.7%,20.0%,30%;The recovery rate of TUF is 83.3%,the stable membrane flux is 75~85 L/(m^(2)·h),the pollution period is longer than 3.2 d,the ultrafiltration membrane pollution is mainly organic pollution,and the concentrated liquid discharged from the ultrafiltration membrane can effectively form a mud cake with The Plate-and-frame Filter Press,and the amount of residue is 15.0 kg/t of water;the return of the supernatant of the sludge tank to the TUF feed tank will accelerate the attenuation of the membrane flux,and the return of the plate-and-frame filtrate to the TUF feed tank can increase the membrane flux.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization and application of landfill leachate pretreatment technology.
