摘 要:以北京市稻香湖再生水厂二期工程为例,通过对全地下再生水厂总体布局及工艺单元设计,探讨了在北京市高标准出水水质及高度集约化占地条件下,采用多级AO+MBR生化主体处理工艺,分析各工艺单元设计要点,重点讨论再生水厂工艺布局、总平面设计、厂区竖向设计、消防通道设计、通风除臭设计等,同时对工艺设计难点及创新点进行分析,得出多级AO+MBR工艺在市政再生水厂新建及提标改造项目中具有广阔的应用前景,可以推广与使用。This paper took the second phase of the Daoxianghu reclaimed water plant as an example.Through the overall layout and process unit design of the whole underground reclaimed water plant,the design of each unit for the multistage AO+MBR process was analyzed under the conditions of high standard effluent water quality and highly intensive land occupation in Beijing.The process layout,general plan design,vertical design of plant area,fire control passage design,ventilation and deodorization design were discussed in detail.At the same time,the difficulties and innovative points of process design were analyzed.The results showed that the multistage AO+MBR process has a broad application prospect in the new construction and upgrading of municipal reclaimed water plants,which could be popularized and used.
