摘　　要：以某钢铁企业污水厂处理工程为例,介绍了浓盐水处理流程、主要工艺参数及项目运行情况。采用“浓水RO+多级反应沉淀池+多介质过滤器+NF+SWRO”工艺对污水厂内反渗透浓盐水进行处理,生产的回用水满足企业生产新水水质要求及工业循环冷却水水质规范要求。Taking a sewage plant treatment project of an iron and steel enterprise as an example,the concentrated brine treatment process,main processes and project operation are introduced.The process of"concentrated brine reverse osmosis(RO)+multi-stage reaction sedimentation tank+multi-media filter+nanofiltration(NF)+seawater reverse osmosis(SWRO)"is adopted to treat the concentrated brine in the sewage plant.The recycled water produced meets the requirements for the quality of fresh water produced by the enterprise and the specifications for the quality of industrial circulating cooling water.
