摘　　要：我国高职教育经过长期的探索式发展,已形成较为完整的体系框架。进入新时代,职业教育要闯出改革“深水区”,首要问题就是要破除如何实现特优发展。针对贵州省高职院校特优发展的“六大困境”,探索了内部管理向治理转变、专业建设向专业群转变、思政课程向课程思政转变、师资队伍建设向“双师型”转变、社会服务向技术服务转变、国际化办学从“引进来”向“走出去”转变等“六个转变”策略。A relatively complete frame of higher vocational education has taken shape after our long-time exploratory development.It is of paramount importance to achieve excellent development in order to enter into the deep-water zone of vocational education reform.The Strategy of Six Changes,such as the change from inner administration to governance,the change from major construction to major group building,the change from ideological and political course to ideology and politics in course,the change from teacher nurturing to double qualified teacher development,the change from social service to technological service,the change from"bringing in"to"going abroad"in international education,was researched to deal with the"six dilemmas"in excellent development of Guizhou higher vocational colleges.
