摘 要:连铸钢包长水口机械手是伴随连铸保护浇注出现的长水口操控设备,主要用于长水口的安装、拆卸以及浇注过程中的夹持。经历了几十年的发展与改进,目前仍以人工就地操作为主,操作效率低、安全性差。本文介绍了一种遥控长水口机械手,该设备采用全液压驱动,可遥控操作,并具有长水口快速释放功能,事故状态下能使机械手与顶在钢包下方的长水口快速脱开,安全性好。文章首先对长水口机械手的功能及现状进行了分析,以机构简图的方式阐述了遥控机械手有动力驱动四轴运动实施方法及快速释放机构的动作原理。Shroud manipulator is a shroud control equipment accompanied by continuous casting protection pouring. It is mainly used for installation and disassembly of shroud to hold during pouring. After decades of development and improvement, it is still based on manual local operation with low efficiency and poor security. This paper introduces a kind of remote control shroud manipulator, which is driven by hydraulic power, can be operated by remote control, and has the function of quick release of shroud. The safety is good. This paper first analyzes the function and present situation of the shroud manipulator, and expounds the implementation method of the four axis motion driven by the remote control manipulator and the action principle of the fast release mechanism by the way of mechanism diagram.
