摘 要:为了满足用户对极限薄规格带钢的高精度需求,本文着力研究极限薄规格带钢轧制厚度自动控制,严格把控冷轧板带钢厚度精度。首先介绍了基于秒流量自动厚度控制系统(AGC)进行轧机液压伺服位置控制调节辊缝,实现带钢轧制厚度的控制原理。其次,对轧机液压AGC系统进行分解,深入研究各个环节并建立系统模型。最后,结合冷连轧机组连续轧制的特点,分析讨论秒流量AGC在某公司冷连轧机上的应用,通过修改程序,优化控制算法,实现0.12mm极限薄规格带钢连续稳定轧制的控制。In order to meet the high precision demand of the limited thin strip, this paper studies the automatic control for the rolling thickness, and strictly controls the thickness accuracy of the cold strip. Firstly, based on the principle of mass flow AGC, the hydraulic servo position control of rolling mill is introduced to control the rolling thickness of strip. Secondly, the hydraulic AGC system of rolling mill is decomposed and the system model is established. Lastly, according to the continuous rolling characteristics of cold rolling mill, the application of mass flow AGC in Jingtang cold mill is analyzed and discussed. By modifying the program and optimizing the control algorithm, the continuous and stable rolling of 0.12 mm limit thin strip is realized.
