摘 要:采用等离子喷涂技术在316L基体上Mo/Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷-金属梯度涂层。采用SEM、EDS分析了腐蚀后涂层组织结构、化学成分变化,并测试在580℃锌铝液中的耐腐蚀性,分析腐蚀机理以及失效过程。研究结果表明,Mo/Al_(2)O_(3)梯度涂层由于减缓了界面处热膨胀系数的突变,使得界面处的应力集中减少,对裂纹的扩展起到延缓和抑制的作用,涂层抗裂性能增强。在腐蚀过程中,Mo/Al_(2)O_(3)梯度涂层主要失效原因是涂层中的孔隙和裂纹扩展,在其界面处结合薄弱部位Mo发生氧化,生成的氧化物削弱了涂层的结合力,导致涂层裂纹开始扩展并最终失效。The Mo/Al_(2)O_(3)coating was sprayed by Plasma spraying on 316 L stainless by Plasma spraying. The change of microstructure, chemical composition were analyzed by SEM、EDS, and tested the corrosion resistance in molten Zn-Al at 580℃, studied the corrosion resistance and inactivation process. The results show that Mo/Al_(2)O_(3)coating thermal expansion coefficient is retarded,reduce the stress concentration at the interface, the crack propagation is delayed and restrained, and the crack resistance of the coating is enhanced. In the process of molten Zn-Al corrosion, the main failure reason of Mo/A1Ograde coating are the expansion of pores and cracks in the coating. Mo is oxidized at the at the interface of weak bonding part, and the bonding force of coating is reduced at the generated oxide weakens, resulting in the crack propagation and final failure.
