摘  要:液压传动系统具有控制精度高、响应快等优点。本文描述了精锻生产线中液压润滑系统在线监控系统的设计与工程实践,包括系统组成和安装等。实际应用结果表明,该系统满足精锻生产线具有温度高、震动大、污染因素多等工况条件,提高了设备生产效率。Hydraulic transmission system is widely used in metallurgical production due to its advantages of high control accuracy and fast response. However, due to the characteristics of precision forging production line, such as high temperature, large vibration and many pollution factors, higher requirements for hydraulic lubrication system are put forward. This paper mainly focuses on the engineering practice of adding the on-line status monitoring system to the hydraulic lubrication system of precision forging production line, including the analysis of system composition and installation method. So as to achieve on-line monitoring and fault analysis of the system without shutdown, to ensure long-term stable operation of hydraulic lubrication system.
