摘　　要：料流调节阀是高炉炉顶设备的重要组成部分。根据球形阀板组的结构和使用特点,分析了其制造工艺难点,提供了加工工艺方案。结果表明,制作工艺保证了球形阀板组加工精度,提高了料流调节阀整体布料的均匀性和下密衬套的使用寿命,对同类型机械加工具有指导价值。Material flow regulator is an important part of the blast furnace top equipment. According to the structure and use of the characteristics of the spherical valve plate group, this paper analyzes difficulties in the manufacturing process and provides the technical scheme. Results show that the production process to ensure the processing precision spherical valve plate group, improve the uniformity of the whole fabric of material flow control valves and the service life of the bushing, has guidance value to the same type mechanical processing.
