摘 要:针对梅钢热轧厂1780产线精轧导卫改造中两个轧机间空间有限,导致入口下导卫、活套无法按照常规设计布置的难题。利用有限元分析的方法优化入口下导卫侧导板的宽度尺寸,在保证入口导卫强度可靠性的前提下,最大限度的减少牌坊的加工,为活套摆臂尺寸选择提供支撑。改造之后经过现场承受最大力情况下变形也能满足精度要求,证明改进之后导卫的强度、稳定性得到了明显提升。通过该案例证明有限元分析方法是一种高效、可靠的方法,可以广泛应用于设备改造中。Aiming at the problem that the guide guard and loggers under the entrance cannot be arranged according to the conventional design due to insufficient space between two rolling mills during the guide guard reconstruction of 1780 production line of Meigang Hot Rolling Mill;Using the finite element analysis method to optimize the width size of the guide plate under the entrance, on the premise of ensuring the strength reliability of the guide plate under the entrance, minimize the processing of the archway, to provide support for the selection of lopper size. After the transformation, the deformation can also meet the accuracy requirements under the condition of maximum force on site, which proves that the strength and stability of the guide have been significantly improved. The case proves that the finite element analysis method is an efficient and reliable method, which can be widely used in equipment transformation.
