摘  要:目前,软性内窥镜的适应证及适用范围越来越广,在各类内外科检查及手术中起到极其重要的作用。针对软性内窥镜维修过程中的维修效率低、维修成本高等问题,该研究采用灰色关联度分析法和层次分析法(AHP)建立了软性内窥镜维修级别分析模型,并将该模型应用于某三甲医院,应用结果显示,该模型可以降低维修费用、缩短维修周期。At present,the indications and applicable scope of soft endoscope has become more and more wide,and it plays an important role in various examinations in internal medicine and surgery and in operations.Aiming at the problems such as low maintenance efficiency and high maintenance cost in the maintenance of soft endoscope,this study established a soft endoscope maintenance grade analysis model based on grey relational analysis and analytic hierarchy process and applied it in a class A tertiary hospital,and the conclusion was obtained that this model can reduce maintenance cost and shorten maintenance cycle.
