摘　　要：自新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎的诊疗已逐步进入“科学防治,精准施策”的阶段。一旦发生疫情,核酸检测是打赢疫情防控阻击战的关键一步。而核酸采样作为核酸检测的重要前驱步骤,存在因交叉感染导致疫情暴发的风险,因此,临时采样点感染防控工作显得尤为重要。该研究依据国家感染防控及新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗指南等,结合自身团队采样的一线经验,以感染防控为工作重点,通过建立健全组织体系、制定完善制度流程、针对性培训及多模式考核、重新定义不同区域、全面把控采样工作等,总结了临时采样点感染防控的实践经验,以便同行参考。Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 has gradually entered the stage of"scientific prevention and treatment with precise measures".Once the epidemic occurs,nucleic acid testing is a key step in fighting against the epidemic prevention and control battle.Nucleic acid sampling,as an important precursor step of nucleic acid testing,has the risk of outbreak caused by cross-infection,so infection prevention and control at temporary sampling sites is particularly important.According to the national guidelines for infection prevention and control and diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 and combined with the team's first-line sampling experience,focusing on infection prevention and control,through establishing and perfecting the organization system,formulating and perfecting the system and processes,targeted training and multi-mode assessment,redefining the different areas and fully controlling the sampling work,this study summarized the practical experience of infection prevention and control at temporary sampling points for peer reference.
