经尿道前列腺等离子电切术与前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术与前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年11月至2019年12月于医院接受治疗的80例良性前列腺增生患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗,试验组行经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、国际前列腺症状量表(IPSS)评分及并发症发生率。结果试验组前列腺组织切除量多于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,术中失血量少于对照组,术后1个月IPSS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论良性前列腺增生患者采用经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗可减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,有效改善前列腺症状。Objective The clinical effects of transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate and enucleation of prostate in treating patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were explored.Methods 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in the hospital from November 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate,and the experiment group underwent transurethral enucleation of prostate,then the surgical-related indicators,the international prostate symptom scale(IPSS)scores,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of prostate tissue excision in the experiment group was more than that in the control group,the operation time in the experiment group was longer than that in the control group,the blood loss in the experiment group was less than that in the control group and the IPSS scores 1 month after operation in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);when the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Transurethral enucleation of prostate applied to patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can reduce intraoperative blood loss,decrease the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve prostate symptoms effectively.
