接骨七厘片联合低分子肝素钠注射液治疗腰椎骨折患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析接骨七厘片联合低分子肝素钠注射液治疗腰椎骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月医院收治的50例腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各25例。对照组予以低分子肝素钠注射液,试验组于对照组基础上加以接骨七厘片,比较两组有效率,疼痛消失、骨折愈合及住院时间,Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、椎体中央高度、局部矢状面Cobb角及骨密度,并发症发生情况。结果试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组疼痛消失、骨折愈合及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组ODI评分、局部矢状面Cobb角均低于对照组,椎体中央高度、骨密度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接骨七厘片联合低分子肝素钠注射液治疗腰椎骨折患者的临床疗效确切,能促进椎体生理结构恢复,改善临床症状和功能障碍,加快骨折愈合,缩短住院时间,减少并发症的发生。Objective The clinical effectiveness of Jiegu Qili tablets combined with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium injection in treating patients with lumbar vertebral fracture was analyzed.Methods A total of 50 patients with lumbar vertebral fracture treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a test group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium injection and on this basis,the test group was treated with Jiegu Qili tablets,the effective treatment rate,pain disappearance time,bone healing time,hospital stay,Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores,central vertebral height,local sagittal plane Cobb angle,bone mineral density and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective treatment rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time,bone healing time and hospital stay of the test group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the ODI scores and local sagittal plane Cobb angle of the test group were lower than those of the control group,the central vertebral height and bone mineral density were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the test group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Jiegu Qili tablets and low-molecular-weight heparin sodium injection in treating patients with lumbar vertebral fracture was obvious,with the vertebral physiological structure recovery promoted,clinical symptoms and dysfunction improved,bone healing accelerated,hospital stay shortened and complications reduced.
