摘 要:假频是动圈式模拟检波器产品的主要技术指标,主要与芯体线圈的横向共振有关,需要一种特殊的方法驱动检波器产生横向共振,从而测试出检波器的假频值。传统的假频测试方法采用水平振动台,靠激振器产生横向振动,存在测试重复性较差、效率较低等问题。本文针对上述问题,通过将高频横波检波器作为振源,提出了一种新的测试检波器假频的方法,经实验验证能够有效提高假频测试的重复性和效率。Spurious frequency is the main technical index of moving-coil analog geophone products,which is mainly related to the lateral resonance of the core coil.A special method is needed to drive the geophone to generate lateral resonance,so as to test the spurious frequency of the geophone.The traditional spurious frequency test method uses a horizontal shaking table and relies on a vibration exciter to generate lateral vibration,which has problems such as poor test repeatability and low efficiency.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a new method to test the spurious frequency of the geophone by using the high frequency shear wave geophone as the vibration source.The experimental verification can effectively improve the repeatability and efficiency of the spurious frequency test.
