摘　　要：丹尼逊轴向柱塞泵是国产可控震源液压系统的重要组成部分,随着可控震源在野外地震勘探项目中的使用频率及工作时间的增加,振动泵负荷随之增大,导致振动泵的密封垫经常出现老化、渗漏。而振动泵更换密封垫工序野外维修耗时长,严重影响可控震源使用效率,进而致使勘探项目的施工效率降低。本文针对丹尼逊轴向柱塞泵密封垫漏油维修耗时长问题进行了分析,通过改进更换柱塞泵密封垫的工作流程,总结出一套新的作业程序,并加工制作简易工具,节省维修时间,提高维修效率。The Dennison axial piston pump is an important part of the hydraulic system of the domestic vibroseis.As the frequency and working time of the vibroseis increase in the field seismic exploration projects,the load of the vibration pump increases,resulting in the aging and leakage of the vibration pump sealing gasket.The time consuming process of replacing the sealing gaskets in the field seriously affects the efficiency of the vibroseis,which in turn reduces the construction efficiency of the exploration project.
