摘　　要：目的探讨Mulligan动态关节松动术联合动态干扰电治疗颈型颈椎病的效果。方法回顾性选取颈型颈椎病患者42例,根据治疗方法将其分为观察组(采用Mulligan动态关节松动术联合动态干扰电治疗,21例)与对照组(仅采用动态干扰电治疗,21例),比较2组治疗前、治疗结束时、治疗结束后1个月及3个月的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分的差异。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者接受治疗后在不同随访时间点上述指标均有明显改善(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗结束时的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗结束时、治疗结束后1个月及3个月时的HAMA及PSQI评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论除能缓解颈部疼痛及改善颈椎功能外,Mulligan动态关节松动术联合动态干扰电还有助于改善颈型颈椎病患者的焦虑及睡眠质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mulligan mobilization with movement(MWM)technique combined with dynamic interference electrotherapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 42 patients with cervical spondylosis were retrospectively selected and divided into the observation group(MWM combined with dynamic interference electrotherapy,n=21)and control group(dynamic interference electrotherapy only,n=21).The visual analogue scale(VAS),neck disability index(NDI),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores before treatment,at the end of treatment,at 1 and 3 months after treatment were all compared between two groups.Results In two groups,all parameters at different time points after corresponding treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05).The VAS score at the end of treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the HAMA scores at the end of treatment,at 1 and 3 months after treatment were significantly lower,and the PSQI score was significantly lower compared with those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion In addition to relieving neck pain and improving cervical spine function,MWM combined with dynamic interference electrotherapy can also alleviate anxiety and enhance sleep quality in patients with cervical spondylosis.
