摘　　要：注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠可用于全身和(或)局部感染,包括软组织感染、细菌性败血症、骨关节感染、多重细菌感染,可疑感染部位存在的各种细菌感染,为烧伤与创面治疗常用抗炎药物,其不良反应常见有皮肤反应、胃肠道症状及过敏反应,而出现中枢神经系统症状,如抽搐或麻木等则极为罕见。结合该例病历资料及相关文献进行回顾性分析,对1例注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠致全身肌肉震颤伴麻木感的临床诊治进行总结报道,以期引起临床医师的重视,同时提高对该类药物不良反应的重视,减少不良反应的发生。Injection of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium can be used for systemic and/or local infections,including soft tissue infection,bacterial septicemia,bone and joint infection,multiple bacterial infection(various bacterial infections in suspected infection sites).As a commonly used anti-inflammatory drug for the treatment of burns and wounds,the most common adverse reactions are skin reactions,gastrointestinal symptoms and anaphylaxis.However,central nervous system symptoms,such as convulsion or numbness,are extremely rare.In this article,clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and literature review was performed.The diagnosis and treatment of one case of systemic muscle tremor and numbness induced by injection of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium were reported,aiming to captivate the attention of clinicians,deepen the understanding of adverse reactions induced by this kind of drugs,reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes.
