摘 要:目的 掌握登革热媒介伊蚊种类构成、密度、分布及长期趋势,为登革热风险评估、预测预警、控制规划提供科学依据。方法 2014-2020年在国家监测点河南省禹州市,采用布雷图指数(BI)法、容器指数(CI)法和诱蚊诱卵器指数(MOI)法对伊蚊幼虫、成蚊进行监测。结果 2014-2020年共调查居民4 750户,检查积水数10 494个,媒介伊蚊幼虫阳性容器数431个,均为白纹伊蚊,容器类型以废旧轮胎阳性率最高,CI为46.55%;布放有效诱蚊诱卵器4 845个,阳性316个。结论 禹州市登革热媒介伊蚊全部为白纹伊蚊,建议当地政府及时组织开展综合防制工作,清理卫生死角、清除积水、翻盆倒罐,有效预防登革热的传播和暴发。Objective To understand the species composition, density, distribution, and long-term trend of aedes mosquito vector of dengue fever, and provide scientific evidence for risk assessment, prediction, early warning and control planning of dengue fever. Methods The larvae and adult mosquitoes of aedes albopictus were monitored with BI、CI and MOI methods in national monitoring points Yuzhou of Henan from 2014 to 2020. Results A total of 4 750 households were surveyed from 2014 to 2020.10 494 hydrops were examined, and 431 larvae positive containers of albopictus were found. The positive rate in waste tires was the highest, and CI was 46.55%;4 845 effective mosquito ovitraps were laid, and 316 were positive. Conclusion Aedes albopictus is the main vector of dengue fever in Yuzhou city. It is suggested that the local government should organize and carry out comprehensive prevention and control work in time to clean up sanitary dead corners, remove stagnant water, and overturn pots to effectively prevent the spread and outbreak of dengue fever.
