公共图书馆事业发展、文化资本与区域经济协调发展

摘　　要：基于中国2007—2017年31个省份的面板数据,利用系统GMM方法实证检验公共图书馆事业发展对区域经济协调发展的影响及其结构效应,并检验文化资本的中介效应。研究发现:我国公共图书馆事业发展水平呈现出不断上升趋势,但区际发展不平衡性非常显著,且呈现空间集聚特征和阶梯型格局;公共图书馆事业发展正向影响区域经济协调发展,其中设施网络的作用最为显著,其次是服务效能,最后是文献资源和队伍建设;文化资本对区域经济协调发展的影响显著为正;公共图书馆事业发展通过提升文化资本积累促进区域经济协调发展。Using the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2007 to 2017,this paper empirically investigated the impact and its structural effects of public librarianship development on regional economic coordinated development through applying the systematic GMM method,and also examined the intermediary effect of cultural capital.The study found that,on the whole,the development level of public librarianship in China showed a gradually rising trend,while the inter-regional development had a significant imbalanced characteristic with the features of spatial agglomeration and a stepped pattern.Meanwhile,public librarianship development has positively affected regional economic coordinated development,and infrastructure network played a most significant role,followed by service efficiency,literature resources and team construction in turn.In addition,cultural capital also had a positive effect on regional economic coordinated development,and public librarianship may promote regional economic coordinated development by enhancing the accumulation of cultural capital.
