大健康相关专业产教融合协同育人模式探索

摘　　要：实施产教融合、校企“双主体”协同育人是高职教育发展的有效路径。分析产教融合协同育人现状,探索办学模式改革、专业群设置、人才培养方案优化、产业学院建设、师资能力提升、产教融合国际化发展等,促进大健康相关专业产教融合协同育人模式创新发展。Implementation of industry-education integration and“Double-subject”school-enterprise collaborative education is an effective way of the development of higher vocational education.The development situation of integration and collaborative education is analyzed to explore the reform of school running mode,the setting of professional groups,the optimization of talent training scheme,the construction of industrial colleges,the improvement of teachers ability and the internationalization of industry-education integration.These will promote the innovation and development of industry-education integration and collaborative education mode of macro-health-related majors.
