摘　　要：介绍了HX5型大功率交流传动货运内燃机车总体、柴油机、空气制动系统及转向架的特点,针对柴油机大油封及油底壳漏油、空气干燥器指示器故障、总风缸压力上升慢等典型故障进行分析,制定相应的应急处置方法。This paper introduces the general layout and the characteristics of diesel engine, air brake system and bogie of the HX5 high-power AC drive freight diesel locomotive, analyzes the typical faults such as the leakage of large oil seal and oil pan in diesel engine, air dryer indicator failure, slow rise of main air reservoir pressure, and puts forward the corresponding emergency handling methods.
