摘　　要：介绍了目前流行TPZ防水材料的特性,同时将TPZ防水材料与传统工程常用的SBS防水材料的性能进行了比较,阐述了冬季施工中TPZ防水材料的技术要求、常出现的施工问题及相关的解决办法。在施工结束后对教学楼地下室防水工程进行了质量检查,施工一年后未发现地下室渗水现象,防水效果良好,使用的TPZ防水材料可以为地下室防水施工提供新的思路和方法。The paper introduces the characteristics of the currently popular TPZ waterproofing materials,while comparing the performance of TPZ waterproofing materials with that of SBS waterproofing materials commonly used in traditional projects,and illustrates the technical requirements of TPZ waterproofing materials in winter construction,the construction problems that often occur in winter construction and related solutions.After the end of the construction of the basement waterproofing project of the school building was checked for quality,and one year after construction water seepage phenomenon was not found in the basement,and the waterproofing effect is good,so the TPZ waterproofing materials used can provide new ideas and methods for basement waterproofing construction.
