乒乓球拍用胶粘剂的制备与力学性能研究

摘　　要：采用熔融共混法制备了不同2-甲基咪唑含量的乒乓球拍用环氧树脂胶粘剂试样,研究了2-甲基咪唑含量对环氧树脂胶粘剂试样微观结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着2-甲基咪唑质量分数从0%增至1%时,环氧树脂胶粘剂的冲击强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率呈现先增加后减小的趋势;在2-甲基咪唑质量分数为0.8%时,取得冲击强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的最大值;添加有2-甲基咪唑的环氧树脂胶粘剂试样的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和弹性模量都高于未添加2-甲基咪唑的试样,2-甲基咪唑的添加有助于提升环氧树脂胶粘剂试样的拉伸性能。在E-20/HMTA中添加质量分数为0.8%的2-甲基咪唑,可以提升环氧树脂胶粘剂试样的热稳定性。2-甲基咪唑适宜的添加量为0.8%。Epoxy resin adhesive samples with different 2-methylimidazole content for table tennis racket were prepared by melt blending method,and the effects of 2-methylimidazole content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of epoxy resin adhesive samples were studied.The results showed that the impact strength,tensile strength and elongation at break of epoxy resin adhesive increased first and then decreased with the increase of 2-methylimidazole content from 0%to 1%.The maximum impact strength,tensile strength and elongation at break were obtained when the content of 2-methylimidazole was 0.8%.The tensile strength,elongation at break and elastic modulus of the samples were higher than those without 2-methylimidazole,and the addition of 2-methylimidazole was helpful to improve the tensile properties of the epoxy resin adhesive samples.In addition,the thermal stability of the epoxy resin adhesive samples could be improved by adding 0.8%2-methylimidazole in E-20/HMTA.The appropriate addition of 2-methylimidazole is 0.8%.
