摘 要:围绕德士古煤气化渣工艺问题,就煤气化废渣形成的原理进行探析;然后分析榆林能化和凯越等企业煤气废渣在物理特性方面的不同,同时分析当前德士古煤气化废渣的主要组成,最后就这些技术工艺的特点进行总结。结果表明,煤气废渣的主要成分SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO、Fe_(2)O_(3)和残碳等,其物理特性各不相同,主要原因是煤型、工艺等的不同;在煤气化渣工艺方面,主要包括制浆系统、合成气系统、锁斗系统等。德士古煤气化废渣工艺的特点在于操作简单,且碳转化率高。德士古煤气废渣利用具有其独特的特点,在工艺中还应综合考虑多种因素,以提高工艺的回收率。For the Texaco coal gasification slag process,the formation principle of coal gasification slag is firstly analyzed.Then the differences in physical characteristics of coal gasification slag of Yulin Energy Chemical and Kaiyue enterprises are analyzed.At the same time,the main components of current Texaco coal gasification slag are analyzed.Finally,the characteristics of these technologies and processes are summarized.The results show that the main components of the coal gasification slag are SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO、Fe_(2)O_(3)and residual carbon,and their physical properties are diverse from each other,mainly due to the different coal types and processes;In terms of coal gasification slag process,it mainly includes pulping system,syngas system,lock bucket system,etc.Texaco coal gasification slag process is characterized by simple operation and high carbon conversion rate.It can be concluded that Texaco coal gasification slag has its unique characteristics,thus utilizing the unique characteristics and comprehensively considering various factors in the process can improve the recovery efficiency of the process.
