摘  要:为提升注水井压力和其日增注量,研究注水井多氢酸深部酸化技术展开实验分析。结合研究区概况的储油层构造及物理特征,利用多氢酸深部酸化技术并依据多氢酸缓速机理与转向酸变粘机理,制备配比不同的多氢酸,从化学方面与实际应用方面展开实验。结果表明:酸液对石英的溶蚀率与反应时间成正比,氟化氢铵、有机磷酸配比较高的多氢酸对石英的溶蚀率为78%左右,可有效提升砂岩储层渗透性,提升注水井深部酸化效果;酸液注入量为200 PV时配方A酸液与配方B酸液对砂岩岩心的渗透率分别为6.2%和5.8%,提升砂岩结构孔隙效果好,具有较强流动性且无二次沉淀;配方A酸液注入欠注井后,注水井日增注量最高为8.2%,压力降低1.4 MPa。In order to increase the pressure of the injection well and its daily injection volume,the deep acidification technology of polyhydrogen acid in the injection well is studied and experimental analysis is carried out.Combining the reservoir structure and physical characteristics of the research area,using the deep acidification technology of polyhydric acid and according to the mechanism of polyhydric acid retardation and the mechanism of turning acid to viscosity,the preparation of polyhydric acids with different proportions is chemically and practically applied.Experiments are conducted in terms of chemistry and practical applications.The experimental results show that the dissolution rate of the acid solution to quartz is proportional to the reaction time,and the dissolution rate of polyhydrogen acid with a relatively high ratio of ammonium bifluoride and organic phosphoric acid to quartz is about 78%,which can effectively improve the permeability of sandstone reservoirs and increase the effect of deep well acidification;when the acid injection volume is 200 PV,the permeability of formula A acid solution and formula B acid solution to sandstone core is 6.2%and 5.8%,respectively.It has a good effect of improving the pore structure of sandstone,and has strong fluidity and is no different sub-precipitation;after formula A acid is injected into the under-injection well,the daily injection volume of the water injection well is up to 8.2%,and the pressure is reduced by 1.4 MPa.
