摘　　要：对影响高精度热处理炉精度的各种因素进行了研究,包括温度显示系统中各种元器件的选择,以及日常维护、精度检测、校验过程中的注意事项,并对设备出现的异常情况给出解决方案。帮助设备维护、校验人员提高设备的精度以及性能。Various factors affecting the precision of high precision heat treatment furnace are studied,including the selection of various compo⁃nents in the temperature display system,as well as matters needing attention in daily maintenance,accuracy testing and calibration,and solu⁃tions to the abnormal conditions of equipment are given.Assist equipment maintenance and calibration personnel to improve equipment accura⁃cy and performance.
