摘  要:针对目前部分钢铁企业喷淋塔除酸效率低,引起的煤气管道及设备腐蚀快速失效等问题,从喷淋除酸原理出发,分析得到3个主要影响因素:气液接触面积、煤气停留时间和碱液浓度。对2#高炉喷淋塔进行优化:通过新增喷淋层、双介质喷枪和过滤网等一系列措施,提高了除酸效率,使煤气管网冷凝水pH平均值从3.7升高至5.5,并有效抑制了供水管道和喷嘴发生堵塞,此措施有望在钢铁企业中得到推广和应用。In view of the low efficiency of acid gas removal via spray towers in iron and steel enterprises,it leads to rapid corrosion of gas pipe⁃lines and equipment and obtain three main influencing factors:gas⁃liquid contact area,gas residence time and alkali concentration by analy⁃sing the acid gas removal theory via spraying.We have optimized Zhanjiang Steel 2#blast furnace spray tower with adding new spray layer,du⁃al⁃medium spray gun and filter screen.The experiment results show that this optimization measures can significantly increase the efficiency of acid gas removal,and suppress the blocking condition of water supplying pipeline and nozzle,meanwhile the average pH of the condensate wa⁃ter of the gaspipe network has increased from 3.7 to 5.5,which is expected to be promoted and applied in steel enterprises.
