摘　　要：目的探讨优化IgA肾病中医护理方案在临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年3月重庆市中医院收治的IgA肾病患者60例为研究对象,按照入院奇偶法分为对照组和试验组各30例。对照组患者给予常规中医护理干预,试验组患者给予优化中医护理干预。观察并比较两组患者临床症状(症候)、依从性、住院时间及住院费用。结果实施优化中医护理干预方案后,试验组患者的血尿、头晕乏力、水肿及腰酸痛症候积分值均显著低于对照组;试验组患者的依从率显著高于对照组;试验组患者的住院时间及住院费用均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将优化中医护理方案应用于IgA肾病患者中,可显著改善患者临床症状,提高其治疗依从性,对减少其住院时间及住院费用具有显著促进作用。Objective To explore the application effect of optimized TCM nursing program of IgA nephropathy in clinical nursing.Methods A total of 60 patients with IgA nephropathy admitted to Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to odd-even admission method,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine TCM nursing intervention,while the patients in the experimental group were given optimized TCM nursing intervention.Clinical symptoms,compliance,length of stay and hospitalization cost were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of optimized TCM nursing intervention program,the scores of hematuria,dizziness and fatigue,edema and lumbago in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The compliance rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The length of hospitalization and hospitalization cost in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of optimized TCM nursing program in patients with IgA nephropathy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their treatment compliance,and significantly promote the reduction of hospitalization time and hospitalization costs.
