摘　　要：通过对滨藜(Atriplex patens)的种子萌发特性进行的初步研究,结果表明:(1)滨藜种子萌发有较强的温度适应性,25~30℃是较适宜的发芽温度。(2)发芽时间显示其在25℃时萌发的时间最短。(3)发芽率的时间曲线反映出,在48 h会有一个萌发加速期。(4)3种不同处理下的发芽率,全光照24 h>12h光照12 h黑暗>24 h全黑暗,反映出光照有利于种子的萌发。A preliminary study on seed germination characteristics of Atriplex patens was conducted.The results showed that:(1)seed germination of A.patens had strong temperature adaptability,and the appropriate germination temperature was 25-30℃.(2)Germination time at 25℃was the shortest.(3)The time curve of germination rate showed that there would be an accelerated germination period at 48 h.(4)The germination rate for three different treatments was 24 h under full light>12 h under light,12 h under dark>24 h under full light.
